At Microsoft, I worked as design owner responsible for key segments within Dynamics 365, notably AI Copilot, Automation, Knowledge Management, Workforce Engagement Management, and Customer Service Admin Center. My role involved crafting user experiences and partnering closely with a diverse, cross-functional team. Together, we tackled pivotal features such as integrated search providers, scheduling improvements, forecasting enhancements, and the Contact Center Health Check. These initiatives were instrumental in addressing critical gaps within the product, ultimately resulting in increased MAU.
